Brief Summary of Your Achievements / Career Journey

I am an MHPSS Program Lead and Clinical Psychologist with over five years of experience in humanitarian crises. I have pioneered mental health programs, including a 24/7 helpline supporting 500+ people, and trained over 350 frontline workers. I specialize in integrating clinical care with innovative outreach, using my skills in graphic design and social media to boost community engagement by 30%. My focus is on providing trauma-informed support and building sustainable mental health capacity for vulnerable populations.

In What Ways Are You Contributing to Society?

I contribute to society by dedicating my professional skills to healing and protecting the most vulnerable members of my community. My work focuses on three main areas:

First, I provide direct mental health support to those in crisis, including refugees, disaster survivors, and persons with disabilities. I offer trauma-informed therapy and manage a toll-free helpline, ensuring 24/7 access to care for those who need it most.

Second, I work to build sustainable systems. I don't just treat individuals; I train local volunteers and healthcare workers, creating a lasting network of support that continues to serve the community long after my projects end. I've trained over 350 people so far.

Finally, I break down barriers to mental health access. I design culturally sensitive programs and use social media and graphic design to create awareness campaigns that reach people who might otherwise suffer in silence, increasing engagement significantly.

In essence, my contribution is to alleviate immediate psychological suffering while also building a more mentally resilient and informed society for the long term.
